Get ready to step outside the barbecue box with "The Masters of BBQ" – Dr. BBQ, Ray Lampe and Chris Lilly, during this hands-on, three-day demonstration course. Ray Lampe, aka Dr. BBQ, teaches BBQ cooking classes all over the country and writes the "Ask Dr. BBQ" column for Fiery Foods and BBQ Magazine. Ray is working on a fourth cookbook to join his first three: Dr. BBQ's Big Time Barbecue Cook, Dr. BBQ's Barbecue All Year Long and Dr. BBQ's Big Time Barbecue Road Trip. He has made numerous television appearances on Food TV, HGTV, CNN, The Outdoor Life Network, Good Morning Texas, The Discovery Channel and many local TV and radio shows around the country. Ray has been cooking in BBQ contests for 25 years and has won hundreds of awards. Chris LillyChris Lilly is one of America's best known barbecue pit masters. He emerged on the barbecue scene in 1992 when he began working for the world famous Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q restaurant in Decatur, Alabama. As well as being vice president of Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q, Chris is also head chef of the Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q Competition Cooking Team. He is the winner of 10 World BBQ Championships including six Memphis in May World Titles (aka "The Super Bowl of Swine"). He has made numerous national television appearances including "Live with Regis and Kelly," "The Today Show," and "BBQ with Bobby Flay." He was the co-creator of "The All-Star BBQ Showdown" for the Outdoor Life Network. In 2006, Chris was the co-creator and executive producer of the BBQ Championship Series on the VS network.
